KW Cares and Liberty Continue to Promise to Give Back to Charity

KW Cares is a non-profit that is the result of Keller Williams, a St. Louis based real estate company that has set aside time to give back. This public charity is now supported by associates from all across North America, including Liberty Consultants. The company attained 503 status, which allows them to accept donations on behalf of those in need. This includes men, women, and children across the country who have been affected by disasters such as wildfires and droughts.

KW Cares ends up giving a percentage of their donations to three different causes : 1) Homes For Our Troops, who donates homes to veterans who served in the military after 9-11; 2) Ryan’s Well, a charity that helps deprived countries secure clean water; and 3) the MD Anderson Cancer Center, which supports a multitude of programs working together to find a cure. The outgoing tithes complete a four-pronged approach to giving which KW Cares supports with tax-deductible, tax-exempt donations. Their status in line with the government as a 503 charity lends an air of trustworthiness, as the IRS does not grant such a leniency unless the operation is making a substantial difference.

KW Cares took in an abundant amount of donations last year that it became a struggle to keep up while running their own business. This is a good problem to have in which they ended up bringing another company into the fold. KW Cares teamed up with Liberty Consultants who is another St. Louis based real estate company who also seeks to give back. Liberty Lending Consultants help people obtain all different types of loans including FHA loans and USDA Rural Development Loans. The two companies combined resources will help expand their access to potential donors where each cause should benefit from the exposure.
